Returns


We understand that things don’t always go as planned.  That’s why we allow you to return parts within 30 days for a full refund on the item cost.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping costs unless we made a mistake.  Products that have been damaged, installed, modified, returned with damaged or without original manufacturer packaging may not be refunded.  If you do need to return an item please email us at returns@raysbestbrakes.com with your order number and the reason for the return.  Instructions will then be sent to you on how to return the item(s).  Clearance and specialty items are not returnable and are marked as such before you checkout.

Cores


Remanufactured items such as calipers have a core deposit charged at the time of sale.  These deposits are set by the manufactures and are designed so that the old unit will be returned and rebuilt so the process can be repeated.  Cores that are sent back must be returned in the box that the remanufactured part came in along with your original order number.  Also, keep in mind that the core must be a unit that is able to be rebuilt (this is the case for most items coming off a running vehicle).  Examples of units that cannot be rebuilt are items that have been seized by rust from sitting for long periods of time and units that are broken due to being dropped or smashed by tools.  It is your responsibility to return the core on items with a core deposit.
